Redesign their website and incorporate new branding, with emphasis on their array of services.
We have looked after the website management for Nzone for a number of years now and had seen them grow and develop other areas of their business, we could see that visits to these pages were strong but we were noticing that their bounce rate was higher than we expected and so we felt that a website rethink could rectify this.
We met up with Karl & Lisa from Nzone and we went over the google analytics data, we all could see that the traffic to the website was there, but the traffic did not mirror the enquires they were receiving, either by mail or via telecom.
We put our heads together and came up with a plan of what parts of their business were now important to move their business forward, we then drew out a draft for their new website to make it as simple as possible, yet as informative as possible for their potential customers to gain the information they require to make an informed decision.
Since the new website has gone live we have reduced the bounce rate by 38%, we have also seen that over all devices the average time spent on the website has increased by 54 seconds, but more importantly their are more online enquires and their phones have more incoming calls.
